Todd E. Swartz Todd Eugene Swartz, age 39, of 329 Odgen Lane, Middletown passed away Saturday, November 21, 2009. Graveside rites will be conducted 11:00 A.M. Friday at Prospect Hill Cemetery, Front Royal with Rev. Edward Winkler officiating. Mr. Swartz was born May 3, 1970 in Winchester, the son of Roy Eugene and Sharon Gail Boyer Swartz, both of Winchester. He was a member of Fraternal Order Of Eagles No. 824, Winchester and owned and operated Transmission Rebuilders, Middletown. Surviving with his parents are two daughters, Sara Carter of Glen Allen and Haley Swartz of Toms Brook; two sons, Chevy Swartz and Dawson Swartz, both of Strasburg; his faternal grandparents, Edward and Virginia Mae Swartz of Winchester. He was predeceased by his maternal grandparents, Julian B. "Jute" and Eva Lee Boyer. The family will receive friends at Stover Funeral Home, Strasburg on Wednesday from 6 to 8 P.M. The family will meet at the funeral home on Friday at 10:00 A.M. to go in a procession to the cemetery. Memorials may be made to Middletown Fire & Rescue, P.O. Box 111, Middletown, VA 22645.
