Thelma D. Bucher, age 92, a resident of Winchester, VA passed away Sunday, November 11,2 012 at her residence. Services for Mrs. Bucher will be conducted privately. She was the widow of the late Stuart Marvin Bucher. Survivors include a son, Thomas L. Bucher; one granddaughter; two great grandchildren.
