Sunny Clark-Penafiel

Sunny Clark-Penafiel, 63, of Strasburg, VA passed away Saturday, September 13, 2025, at Winchester Medical Center. 

Sunny was born in Wichita, Kansas on February 20, 1962, a daughter of the late Harvey Lee and Joyce Elaine Napier Clark.  

Survivors include her loving husband Carlos Penafiel of Strasburg, VA; one son Emilio Penafiel of Cancun, Mexico; her siblings Cathy, David, Brittney, Justin, and Brooke along with several nieces, nephews and cousins. 

A celebration of life gathering for Sunny will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, September 22, 2025, at Stover Funeral Home.
