Shirley Ann Snow 74, a resident of Woodstock passed away Thursday, December 2, 2010 at Winchester Medical Center. All arrangements for Mrs. Snow will be conducted privately. Memorials may be made in memory of Shirley to Blue Ridge Hospice, 333 W. Cork Street, Winchester, VA 22601.
