Roy T. Grandstaff

Roy T. Grandstaff, 84, of Woodstock, VA passed away Tuesday, July 18, 2023, at Winchester Medical Center. 

A funeral service for Mr. Grandstaff will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Monday, July 24, 2023, at Stover Funeral Home with Pastor Beverly Funkhouser officiating.  Burial will follow in Sunset View Memorial Gardens. 

The family will receive friends at Stover Funeral Home on Monday one hour prior to the service. 

Mr. Grandstaff was born in Frederick County, VA on October 2, 1938, a son of the late Luther and Maude Lindamood Grandstaff.  He retired from Riddleberger Bros, Inc.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a grandson Lacy and several siblings. 

Survivors include his wife Fannie H. Grandstaff; his children Roy L. Grandstaff (Cindy), Kathy Owens, Karen Grandstaff, Troy Grandstaff (Anita), and Loy Grandstaff; his grandchildren Brandon, Christina, Dillon, Adam, and Derek; great-grandchildren Ryder, Omar, Jacob, Savannah, Penelope, and Felicity; his sister Judy Miller along with numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. 

Pallbearers will be Omar Rodriguez, Adam Grandstaff, Derek Grandstaff, Brandon Grandstaff, John Freeze, and Jacob Rush.
