Marshall "Gene" Holsinger

Marshall Eugene “Gene” Holsinger, age 84, a resident of Strasburg, VA passed away Wednesday, July 28, 2021, at Shenandoah Memorial Hospital.

A graveside service for Mr. Holsinger will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Monday, August 2, 2021, at Panorama Memorial Gardens with Rev. Wendell Schurtz officiating. 

Mr. Holsinger was born in Strasburg, VA on October 10, 1936, a son of the late Randolph William Holsinger, Sr. and the late LaRue Frances Griffey Holsinger. He was a member of Walnut Springs Christian Church and the former owner of Holsinger Brothers Exxon in Strasburg.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter in law Linda Gail Brinkley Holsinger and a brother Kenny Holsinger. 

Survivors include his wife E. Jane Mowery Holsinger; his son Mike Holsinger; one grandson Mark Roller; his brothers Donnie Holsinger, Gary Holsinger and Greg Holsinger all of Strasburg, VA along with several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
