Madoline, age 75 passed away at her home on Thursday, October 18, 2018 in Middle River, Maryland.

She was born March 28, 1944 in Pennsylvania to the late Madoline Barron and William Barreau. Madoline's mother passed away shortly after her birth and she was raised by her aunt, Alice Barron Sager and her grandmother, Catherine Barron of Woodstock. She attended Shenandoah County Public Schools.

Her husband, Carl Madigan preceded her in death in 2007.

For more than 60 years, she was involved in animal rescue and found homes for multitudes of animals including many she herself adopted and loved so passionately.

She is survived by her daughter, Amanda Baker and fiancé, Tommy Baker; two grandchildren and five great-grandchildren; two cousins, Patricia Wall and Kathy Sager. Her faithful dog, Molly and several close friends.

There will be a memorial service on Saturday, November 10, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. at Columbia Church of the Brethren.
