Kenneth Stuart Culnan, 71, of Strasburg passed away quietly at home Thursday, April 26, 2018 of ALS (Lou Gehrig's disease). Services and burial for Mr. Culnan will be conducted privately. Mr. Culnan was born April 5, 1947 in Washington D.C. a son of the late Robert and Janet Culnan and was a graduate of the College of Architecture at Virginia Tech. He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Carol O'Neale Culnan; a sister, Mary Culnan of Washington D.C.; a brother James Culnan of Los Angeles, CA; sister and brother-in-law Patricia and James Sapp of Pine, CO.
