Kari Ann Streets, age 46 passed away on May 16, 2013 at her home in Strasburg, VA. A memorial service for Kari will be conducted on Saturday, May 31st, at 2:00 pm at Stover Funeral Home, 177 N. Holliday Street Strasburg, VA. She was born July 3, 1967 in Washington, DC. Kari grew up in Huntingtown, MD and graduated from Northern High School in 1986. After high school Kari pursued her career and passion as a floral designer. She worked in several shops in Maryland, Washington D.C and Virginia designing flowers. Some of Kari's floral designs/arrangements made their way to the White House and Kennedy Center. Two of her greatest loves were family and flowers. Kari is survived by her loving Daughter Sarah Streets, Sister Trish Streets, Brothers Jim and Aaron Streets, Sister-in-Law Sherri Streets and two nephews Eric and Justin Streets. She was preceded in death by her mother Deborah Streets and father Fred Streets. The Family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday from 1:00 pm. until the time of the service.
