Judith A. Gandy

Judith Ann Gandy, age 80, of Strasburg passed away Sunday, July 15, 2018 at Winchester Medical Center.

Private graveside rites will be held at Culpeper National Cemetery, Culpeper, Virginia.

Mrs. Gandy was born June 15, 1938 in Dixon, Illinois, the daughter of the late Levi and Marie Peterson Scarbrough. She was a homemaker and of the Christian faith. She was the wife of David Warren Gandy.

Surviving with her husband are daughter, Janean Williams and companion, Richard Crown of Martinsburg, West Virginia; her daughter-in-law, Terry Gandy of Fredericksburg ;six grandchildren, David A. Gandy, Matthew W. Gandy, Michael B. Williams, Kenneth S. Williams, Christopher A. Williams and Jason B. Williams; two brothers, Rick Scarbrough and Ryan Scarbrough, both of Dixon, Illinois.

She was preceded in death by a son, David C. Gandy.

The family will receive friends at Stover Funeral Home, 177 No. Holliday St., Strasburg on Wednesday from 7:00 p.m. till 9:00 p.m.
