Juanita Ann Kimble Neff 65 a resident of Strasburg, VA passed away Friday, November 16, 2018. Mrs. Neff was born in Grant County, West Virginia on March 3, 1953 a daughter of the late Walter Luzier and Anna Bell Ours Kimble. She was a homemaker who loved her family and will be greatly missed. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her daughter Charlene Neff Hodson and three brothers, John Kimble, Donald Kimble and Henry Kimble. Survivors include her husband, Donald L. Neff of Strasburg, VA; her children, Tim Neff and wife Jenny of Woodstock, VA and Kevin Neff of Strasburg, VA; six grandchildren and one great grandchild; her siblings, Nancy Cosner of Moorefield, WV, Jake Kimble of Shenandoah Junction, WV, Walter "Jim" Kimble of Star Tannery, VA, Frank Kimble, Richard Kimble both of Winchester, VA, Helen Everly of Bunker Hill, WV, Rose Sharff and Mary Kimble both of Inwood, WV A memorial service for Mrs. Neff is being planned and the dates of that service will be published as details become available.
