Janet L. Rinker Janet Louise Rinker, age 64, of Winchester passed away Sunday, August 5, 2012 at Winchester Medical Center. A funeral service will be conducted 2:00 P.M. Thursday at Stover Memorial Chapel, Strasburg with Rev. George Bowers officiating. Burial will be in Riverview Cemetery, Strasburg. Mrs. Rinker was born September 29, 1947 in Winchester, the daughter of the late Edwin and Edith Marie "Betty" Stulter Davis. She was a homemaker and the former wife of 47 years of Ronald Rinker. Surviving are her son, Ronnie Allen Rinker, Jr. of Wardensville, WV; her daughter, Robin Anette Huffman of Edinburg; six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by a brother, Eddie Davis. Pallbearers will be Chris Lockhart, Mike Fleming, Dewey Hodson, Tommy Huffman, Ray Mitchell and Billy Skinner. Honorary pallbearers will be Ronnie Rinker and Steven Huffman. The family will receive friends at Stover Funeral Home from 1:00 P.M. till service time on Thursday.
