Jane Snarr Clark

 Jane Snarr Clark 92 of Lebanon Church, VA passed away Friday, December 16, 2022, at Lynn Care of Front Royal, VA.

A graveside service for Mrs. Clark will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, December 21, 2022, at Lebanon Church Cemetery with Rev. J.D. Cutlip officiating. 

Mrs. Clark was born in Mt. Falls, VA on September 3, 1930, the daughter of the late Elmer and Beatrice Snarr.  She was a graduate of Strasburg High School, attended Lebanon Lutheran Church and was retired from John Manville where she worked as a lab technician.  She was a long-time member of the North Shenandoah Ruritan Club and volunteered throughout the community, including the Compassion Cupboard.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Ennis Daniel Clark and a grandson Ricky Thomas Fatkin. 

Survivors include her children Mary Ann Bradley of Strasburg, VA and James U. “Butch” Smith, Jr. of Maurertown, VA; her grandchildren Lisa Ann Evans, Vicky Leigh Lertora, Tabitha Haizlip, Jacki Smith, James U. Smith, III, and John T. Smith; eleven great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
