James Christopher (Chris) Westfall, 48, a resident of Winchester, VA, Went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, November 9, 2014. Services for Mr. Westfall will be conducted privately at a later date. Mr. Westfall was born in Charleston South Carolina on November 14, 1965 a son of the late Carl Madison Westfall Sr. and the late Hazel Inez(White)Westfall. Chris was a painter for Fauver's Painting and all around handy man. He was always willing and able to help meet a need. Chris had previously been active in the REACT group of Winchester. In addition to his late parents Chris was preceded in death by brother, Frederick Pennington Westfall. He was a dedicated, loving father to his daughter, Jasmine Westfall and son, James Westfall Jr. He is also survived by his step-mothers, Mary Jo Baker of Strasburg, VA and Marion Westfall of Winchester, VA; Brothers, Bobby Westfall and Eric Westfall of Winchester VA, Carl Westfall, Jr. of Norfolk, VA, Ricky Bowen , Jimmy Bowen and J.B Bowen of Winchester, VA and sisters, Priscilla Price, Punky Golightly and Tonya Bowen of Winchester, VA and Tammy Growden of WV; many nieces and nephews.
