James L. Riley James Leslie "Jimmy" Riley, age 83, of Winchester died Monday at Winchester Medical Center. Mr. Riley was the husband of Ernestine Sine Riley and the former owner of Riley's Restaurant in Strasburg. Arrangements are incomplete and being handled by Stover Funeral Home, Strasburg.
