Gail Patricia Spiggle Shell 78, a resident of Toms Brook, VA passed away Wednesday, September 21, 2016 at Consulate Health Care of Woodstock. A graveside service for Mrs. Shell will be conducted at 11:00 A.M. Tuesday, September 27, 2016 at Riverview Cemetery with Rev. Stan Thompson officiating. She was born in Washington DC on May 18, 1938 a daughter of the late Terry and Rebecca Jane Hockman Spiggle. She was a member of Toms Brook United Methodist Church. Survivors include her beloved son, Stephen Shell and a granddaughter, Stacey Shell all of Strasburg and her beloved companion of 27 years, Ronald Stepp of Toms Brook, VA.
