Franklin "Frankie" Neff

Franklin Theodore Neff 75 of Strasburg, VA passed away Saturday, November 19, 2022, at Consulate Healthcare of Woodstock. 

A funeral service for Mr. Neff will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, December 1, 2022, at Stover Memorial Chapel.  Mr. Neff will be laid to rest in the Walnut Springs Cemetery.  The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. 

Mr. Neff was born in Shenandoah County, VA on March 22, 1947, a son of the late John Theodore and Laura Virginia Spitler Neff and was a member of the Meadow Mills Church of the Brethren. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by siblings Boyd Neff, David Neff, Anna Bell Neff, Katherine Bowers, Mabel Lam, and Bethel Funk. 

Survivors include one sister Lula Mae Neff of Strasburg, VA, special caregiver Christine Lucas along with numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Memorials may be made to Meadow Mill Church of the Brethren, Building Fund, Patsy Cooley, 2001 Chapel Road, Middletown, VA 22645.
