Edgar S. Sibert Edgar Sibert, age 78 of Front Royal, passed away Friday July 24, 2015 at his residence. Services for Mr. Sibert will be conducted privately. He was born in Front Royal, VA on November 9, 1936 a son of the late Randall and Ella May Beatty Sibert . Edgar was a skilled carpenter being able to build a house from the foundation up without the need of other skilled labor. He worked for several builders, both local and in Fairfax, often taking on extra jobs and finally deciding to start his own business and build homes in the Front Royal area. After retiring from construction, Edgar would often be found in his garage either working on his vehicles or repairing chain saws, lawn mowers and tractors with his friend David, (and a cast of others). In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Becky Sibert, a brother, Raymond Sibert and a sister Anna May Elliot. He is survived by two sons Dale Sibert and wife, Diana of Front Royal and Allen Sibert and wife, Tonya of Winchester; his grandchildren, Christie, Codie, Gabriel, Abigail Sibert along with Tanya and Tabitha Poundstone; three great grandchildren, Maesyn Sibert, Ayden Smelser, and Harper Clark; his sister and brother-n-law, Agnes and Gordon Lemons of Richmond.
