Donald Lee Kimble, age 59, of Berkeley Springs, WV passed away Friday, February 19, 2016 at War Memorial Hospital, Berkeley Springs, WV. A funeral service will be conducted Monday at 2:00 p.m. at St. Stephens Lutheran Church, Strasburg with Rev. Deanna Boynton officiating. Burial will follow in St. Stephens Cemetery with military honors by Shenandoah American Legion Post No. 77, Strasburg. Mr. Kimble was born August 3, 1956 in Petersburg, WV, a son of the late Walter Luzier and Annabelle Ours Kimble. He served in the United States Marines, was a member of Berkeley Springs Moose Lodge No. 1483, Disabled American Veterans, American Legion and VFW, both of Berkeley Springs, WV. Surviving are his son, Donald L. Kimble, II of Petersburg, WV; a special step-son, Earl Grove of Berkeley Springs, WV; his siblings, Nancy Cosner of Moorefield, WV, Rose Getts of Martinsburg, WV, Walter Kimble and wife, Loretta of Star Tannery, VA, Jacob Kimble of Burlington, WV, Mary Kimble of Martinsburg, WV, Frank Kimble of Winchester, VA, Juanita Neff and husband, Donnie of Strasburg, VA, Helen Everly and husband, Carroll of Bunker Hill, WV and Richard Kimble and wife, Maria of Winchester, VA He was predeceased by two brothers, John and Henry Kimble. Pallbearers will be Timmy Neff, Kevin Neff, Derick Getts, Walter Getts, Jeff Everly and Cory Phares.
