Donald Wayne Drummond, 68 of Strasburg passed away Wednesday, September 30, 2009 at Winchester Medical Center. He was born in Strasburg, VA on July 19, 1941 the son of the late Jessie James and Adra Pearl Nichols Drummond. He was an avid hunter and fisherman. He was preceded in death by two brothers and a sister. Survivors include his wife Sue Lichliter Drummond of Strasburg; his sons, Dale Wayne Drummond, and David Wayne Drummond and wife, Tina both of Lebanon Church; his grandchildren, Robert Wayne Drummond, and Tyler Wayne Drummond of Lebanon Church, VA; his brothers, J.C. Drummond and Robert Drummond both of Strasburg, and Ray Drummond of Richmond, VA; his sister, Sally Collette of Strasburg.
