Christine "Kris" Ann (Long) Pine

Christine Ann “Kris” Long Pine, 78, of Stephens City, VA passed away Friday, June 28, 2024, at her residence. 

Mrs. Pine was born in Middletown, VA on February 25, 1946, a daughter of the late Garland Lee and Lena Adell Putman Long.  She was a member of the Kernstown United Methodist Church and a 1964 graduate of James Wood High School.  Mrs. Pine was a volunteer for Shenandoah Agency on Aging, Jubilee Kitchen at Winchester Presbyterian Church, was an active card player, loved bingo and retired as a supervisor with Capitol Records.

Survivors include her daughter Suprena Fay (David) of Pinnacle, NC; her grandchildren Corey Fay, Chelsea Fay, and Rebekah Wilson (Dan); her great grandchildren Arya Fay, George Wilson, and Henry Wilson; one brother Roger Lee Long. 

A graveside service for Mrs. Pine will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, July 3, 2024, at Mount Carmel Cemetery.
