Charles Richard High, age 79, a resident of Maurertown, VA passed away Tuesday, December 29, 2020 at his residence.

Services and burial for Mr. High will be conducted privately.

Mr. High was born on September 23, 1941 a son of the late David Lewis and Evelyn Elizabeth Brill High. Mr. High was a veteran of the U.S. Army having served in Vietnam. He retired from Avtex, in Front Royal then worked as a farmer.

Mr. High is survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
