Candace "Candy" Keller Artz

Candace Jane “Candy” Keller Artz 76 of Woodstock, VA passed away Sunday, February 5, 2023.

A funeral service for Candy will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Friday, February 10, 2023 at Stover Funeral Home with Rev. Sonya Williams-Giersch officiating.  Burial will follow in Riverview Cemetery. 

Candy was born on July 24, 1946, the daughter of Donald Ray Keller and the late Catherine Ellen Vann Keller.  She was a 1964 graduate of Strasburg High School and worked as an administrative clerk with Shenandoah Memorial Hospital.  She was preceded in death by her husband Francis Christian Artz.

Survivors include her father, Donald Ray Keller; her son David Artz; her grandchildren D.C. Kent, Christian David Artz, Aaron Joseph Artz, and Hayden Matthew Artz; Her sister Donna King; a special nephew Dale King along with numerous other nieces, nephews, and cousins. 

Pallbearers will be David Artz, Kenny Glascock, Denny Drummond, Sonny Ryman, Dale King, and David Fishel.

Honorary pallbearers will be Donna King and Carole Synowietz.

Flowers will be accepted or those who wish may make memorial contributions to your local ASPCA in memory of Candy.
