Betty Lou O'Neill, age 76, of Strasburg passed away Thursday, September 13, 2018 at Winchester Medical Center.

A funeral service will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Monday, September 17, 2018 at Meadow Mills Church of The Brethren, Middletown with Pastor Fred Mauck officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Carmel Cemetery, Middletown.

Mrs. O'Neill was born September 14, 1941 in Winchester, a daughter of the late Clifton H. and Louella A. Ritter Clark. She was a homemaker and attended Meadow Mills Church of The Brethren. She was the wife of the late Hubert William O'Neill.

Surviving are her sons, Hubert William O'Neill, Jr. and wife, Lottie of Middletown and Clifton H. O'Neill and girlfriend Shelby Emch of Fredericksburg; two grandchildren, Hunter Wyatt O'Neill and Chase William O'Neill; a great-grandchild, Declan Anakin O'Neill; four brothers, Earl Clark of Florida, James Robert Clark and wife, Mary of Middletown, Larry Clark and wife, Jenny of Middletown and Jerry Clark and wife, Susan of Middletown; she was preceded in death by a sister-in-law, Opal Clark and two sisters, Mary V. Richard and Ann Putman.

Pallbearers will be Hunter O'Neill, Jerry Clark, Matthew Clark, Larry Clark, William Richard and Johnny Richard.

The family will receive friends at Stover Funeral Home, 177 N. Holliday St., Strasburg on Sunday from 6:00 p.m. till 8:00 p.m.
