Beatrice Louvine Neff, age 78, of Strasburg passed away Friday, January 12, 2018 at Shenandoah Memorial Hospital, Woodstock.

A funeral service will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Monday, January 15, 2018 at Walnut Springs Christian Church with Rev. Wendell M. Schurtz, Jr. officiating. Burial will follow in Walnut Springs Cemetery.

Mrs. Neff was born May 15, 1939 in Shenandoah County, a daughter of the late Pearlie Nashville and Martha Evelyn Ritter Neff. She was a member of Walnut Springs Christian Church, a homemaker and formerly worked at Blue Bell Manufacturing, Woodstock as a seamstress for many years.

Surviving are her children, Larry Allen Neff of North Carolina, Donna Lynn Miller of Winchester and Lonna Sue Davis of Woodstock; her granddaughter,Teresa Bowley of Strasburg with whom she made her home; her brothers, James Neff of Strasburg, Arthur Neff of Alabama, William Neff of Richmond, Rex Neff of Florida, Gary Neff of Pennsylvania; her sisters, Bonnie Dodson of Florida and Vergie Peters of New Castle; nine grandchildren and eighteen great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by a son, Harold Wayne Neff and a brother, Irvin Neff.

Pallbearers will be John Miller, Jeremy Miller, Jacob Miller, Jared Miller, Mike Neff and Troy Neff.

The family will receive friends at Stover Funeral Home, 177 N. Holliday St., Strasburg on Sunday from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
