ALBERT J. WALLACE, SR. Albert Jessie Wallace, Sr., age 87, of Star Tannery passed away Monday, July 22, 2013 at Winchester Medical Center. Mr. Wallace was born October 11, 1925 in Ball Ground, Georgia, a son of the late John Thomas and Ethyl Jane Fletcher Wallace. He was a retired systems engineer consultant with Mantech, a veteran of the United States Navy having served during World War II and the Elks Lodge No. 1624, Pocomoke City, Maryland. He was the husband of the late Mary Ann Wright Wallace. Surviving are two son, Albert J. Wallace, Jr. of Cary, North Carolina and Tracy S. Wallace and wife, Donna of Raleigh, North Carolina; a daughter, Sandra L. Wallace of Star Tannery; two grandchildren, Zachary Wallace and Alyssa Wallace. He was preceded in death by a son, Robert F.
