Winston Adam Ritenour 74, a resident of Strasburg, VA passed away Friday, August 20, 2021, at Winchester Medical Center.

A graveside service for Mr. Ritenour will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, August 25, 2021, at Panorama Memorial Gardens with Rev. Keith Warren officiating.

Mr. Ritenour was born in Shenandoah County, VA on May 12, 1947, a son of the late Roy Adam and Winefred Marie Stinson Ritenour.  He was a veteran of the U.S. Army, worked as a heavy equipment operator for Chemstone Corp. in Strasburg for 47 years and attended Liberty Baptist Church.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother Emory Ritenour.

Survivors include his wife Wanda D. Ritenour of Strasburg, VA; his two sons Chris Ritenour (Sondra) of Strasburg, VA, and Gabe Ritenour (Emily) of Toms Brook, VA; his grandchildren Faith Ritenour Plaugher, Allison Ritenour, Scott Ritenour and Adam Ritenour; his siblings, Janetta Hepner, Marcus Ritenour, and Alma Jenkins
