Winston Cebert Brill, 89, of Strasburg, VA passed away Monday, May 25, 2026, at The Maynard in Strasburg, VA.

Mr. Brill was born in Shenandoah County, VA on July 11, 1936, a son of the late Elijah and Betty Orndorff Brill. He retired from Chemstone Inc. of Strasburg with over 44 years of service and, was of the Lutheran faith. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Martha Ann Williams Brill, a son Todd Sandy Brill, and his eight siblings Marshall, Irvin, Bucky, Reuben, Peggy, Dorothy, Ethel, and Judy.

Survivors include his children, Terry M. Phillips & husband, Forrest Cash of Moneta, VA, Tony W. Brill and wife, Tonni Anne Brill of Big Island, VA, Teddy Joe Brill of Maurertown, VA, and Keith A. Brill and wife, Gretchen Funk Brill of Strasburg, VA; seven grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren; sisters-in-law Patsy Williams Stover, Linda Sue Williams, and Sherry Williams Rodgers (Bill) along with numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

An entombment service for Mr. Brill will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, June 1, 2026, at Panorama Memorial Gardens Mausoleum with Rev. Sonya Williams-Giersch officiating.
