William Pierce Caldwell, Jr. age 87, a resident of New Market, VA passed away Monday, December 21, 2020 at Winchester Medical Center.

Mr. Caldwell will be laid to rest privately in the Macedonia Cemetery, White Post, VA.

Mr. Caldwell was born in Frederick County, VA on February 19, 1933 a son of the late William Pierce Caldwell, Sr. and the late Mary Ellen Arnold Caldwell.  Mr. Caldwell worked in area quarry's where he drove large transfer trucks.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Jean Orndorff Caldwell.

Survivors include his daughter, Elizabeth A. Peacemaker of Charles Town, WV; one grandson, Matthew Allen Rinker of Charles Town, WV; one great-grandson, Joseph Allen Rinker along with one sister, Martha Dillow of Bunker Hill, WV.
