Willa Volena Riffey Replogle 87, of Strasburg, VA passed away Thursday, November 19, 2021, at the Blue Ridge Hospice Inpatient Care Center, Winchester, VA.

A funeral service for Mrs. Replogle will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, November 23, 2021, at Stover Memorial Chapel with Rev. Wendell Schurtz officiating.  Burial will follow in the St. Stephen Cemetery.

Mrs. Replogle was born in Quicksburg, VA on April 2, 1934, a daughter of the late Charles D. and Edna Sine Riffey.  She was the wife of the late Joseph Jacob Replogle, Sr. In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by four children Joseph Jacob Replogle, Jr., Randy Lee Dillon, Donna K. Ramsey, and Gary Dillon.

Survivors include her children Margaret Ann Chrisman of Fort Valley, VA, Betty Welch of Luray, VA, Barbara Riker, Patricia Dowdy, and Barbara Lonas all of Strasburg, VA; 23 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.

The family will receive friends at Stover Funeral Home on Monday evening from 6-8 p.m.
