Warren H. Hockman, Sr., age 72, a resident of Strasburg, VA passed away Friday, June 11, 2021 at the University of Virginia Medical Center, Charlottesville, VA.

A graveside service for Mr. Hockman will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, June 16, 2021 at St. Stephens Cemetery.

Mr. Hockman was born in Shenandoah County, VA on November 5, 1948, a son of the late Chester Mason and Catherine Romaine Hottle Hockman.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by five siblings, Sue Lang, Dan Hockman, Dwight Hockman, Doug Hockman and Richard "Chuck" Hockman.

Survivors include his loving wife Diane Hockman of Strasburg, VA; his children Anthony Hockman, Scott Hockman (Carrie) and Warren Hockman Jr. (Beth); his grandchildren Kayla Holt and Emily Holt; his siblings Sally Hockman and Martha Rennie (Johnny) all of Strasburg, VA.

The family will receive friends at Stover Funeral Home on Tuesday evening from 6-8 p.m.
