Timothy Lane Hodson, Sr., 63, of Strasburg, VA passed away Saturday, April 20, 2024, at Winchester Medical Center.

Mr. Hodson was born in Winchester, VA on January 17, 1961, a son of the late Albert Hockman Hodson and the late Cornelia Ann Wymer Hodson.  He attended Meadow Mills Church of Brethren.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three siblings Diane Hockman, Douglas Hodson, and Lisa Long.

Survivors include his children Katie Harley (Jason) of Strasburg, VA, Timothy Hodson, Jr. (Cassie) of Strasburg, VA, Golda Moats of WV, and Troy Gordan of Toms Brook, VA; seven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; Phyliss Darr (Wayne) of Strasburg, VA, Wilby Hodson (Diane) of Strasburg, VA, Cornelia Sims (Jeff) of Middletown, VA, and Lester Hodson of Strasburg, VA along with numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A graveside service for Mr. Hodson will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, April 27, 2024, at Walnut Springs Cemetery with Rev. Wayne Darr officiating.

The family ask that expressions of sympathy be in the form of memorial contributions to Stover Funeral Home to assist with final expenses.
