Thelma Marie Dobbins, 90, of Woodstock, VA passed away, Thursday, November 30, 2023, at Shenandoah Memorial Hospital.

Services and burial for Mrs. Dobbins will be held privately.

Mrs. Dobbins was born in Scott Depot, WV on September 18, 1933, a daughter of the late Cecil Ray and Josephine Coen Chapman.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Thomas Martin Dobbins; a son William Randolph Staton; brothers Homer, Howard, and Paul Chapman; a sister JoAnne Bennett

Survivors include her sister Stella Irene Eggleton of Woodstock VA; her children Dallas Staton (Rosemary) of Youngstown, OH, James Dobbins (Carolyn) of Sutton WV, Johnny Dobbins of Augusta, Georgia, Sheila Leggett (Anthony) of Sutton WV; special daughters, Lynn Westfall, and Blanche Miller; 12 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.

Memorials may be given to a charity of one's choice in memory of Thelma.
