Rutherford Renzy, Jr. 71, a resident of Stephens City, VA passed away Sunday, May 19, 2019 at Winchester Medical Center.

A funeral service for Mr. Renzy will be conducted at 3:00 p.m. Saturday, May 25, 2019 at Stover Memorial Chapel with Rev. Charles Jackson officiating.

Mr. Renzy was born on November 14, 1947 a son of the late Reliford and Octavia Marie Patterson Renzy.  He was a member Third Zion Baptist Church and was an avid fan of the Dallas Cowboys.

Survivors include his loving wife Cynthia Roxann Cain Renzy; his children, Charles Cooper, Cynthia Kane Shrum, Annie Renzy Warner, Tedessii Kane Reed, Octavia Renzy, Meeka Kane, Sonny Renzy and Kizzy Kane Pangle; 14 grandchildren and several brothers and sisters. Mr. Renzy leaves behind his best friends, Benjamin Cain, Larry Cain and Gregory Cain, Sr.

The family will receive friends at Stover Funeral Home on Saturday one hour prior to the service.
