Roxie Arlene Edmonds of Middletown, VA passed away Saturday, September 9, 2023, at her residence.

A memorial service will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Monday, September 18, 2023, at Stover Funeral Home.   The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to the service.

Roxie was born in Woodstock, VA on June 27, 1939, daughter of the late Harry Wilbur and Esther Virginia Lindamood Wetzel.   She married Charles Edmonds, Jr on November 27, 1985. She retired from George's Inc.   She enjoyed watching game shows and soap operas, and spending time with her grandchildren.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter Sherrie Grant, siblings: Elwood, Carol, Connie & Mike.

Roxie is survived by her husband Charles, along with their daughters Rhonda Likens (Bill) of Strasburg, Beth and Sally (John) both of Winchester; her grandchildren Candace (Joe), Shannon (Megan), Josh (Vicki), Brandon (Lindsay), Aliza, Tyler, Elizabeth and 12 great-grandchildren.  Also survived by her Sister Faye and brothers Dickie, Jerry, Dale & Patie and numerous nieces & nephews.
