Philip Burns Spiller, age 89, a resident of Woodbridge, VA passed away Friday, December 11, 2020.
Service and burial for Mr. Spiller will be conducted privately.
Mr. Spiller was born in Louisiana on November 12, 1931 a son of the late Ethyl Clyde and Ella Scott Coward Spiller. Mr. Spiller was a veteran of the U.S. Army and a master brick mason for many years prior to his retirement.
