Nancy Carol Keeler-Scott 80, of Strasburg, VA passed away on Friday, October 18, 2024, at Care Haven in Martinsburg, WV.

Mrs. Scott was born in Winchester, VA on August 30, 1944, the daughter of the late James Dewitt Steele and Virginia Alberta Martin Secrist. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband Danny Scott and one daughter Carol Ann Carter.  Mrs. Scott loved her family very much! She loved to sew and make things for her family she was a seamstress for many years. Painting pictures, playing cards and making baked beans was her passion. BINGO was her game; she played all the time. She will be missed by all.

Survivors include her son Brian Keeler (Christina), four grandchildren Sam Keeler, Kristopher Keeler, Brandon Carter, Aaron Carter, six great grandchildren Caroline Carter, Charlotte Carter, Cloe Carter, Caden Carter, Anyslee Carter, Lincoln Carter, her siblings Ronnie Steele (Linda), Raymond Steele (Barbara), Patty Nethercutt (Ron), James C. Steele, along with numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.

A Celebration of Life for Mrs. Scott will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, November 16, 2024, at Laurel Hill Christian Church, Strasburg, VA.

Family will receive friends one hour prior to service at the church.
