Mildred Steed "Tiny" Nelson 71 of Strasburg, VA passed away Thursday, May 5, 2022, at the Winchester Medical Center.

A funeral service for Tiny will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Friday, May 13, 2022, at Stover Funeral Home with Rev. Cal Lowder officiating.  Burial will follow in Panorama Memorial Gardens. Tiny was born in Front Royal, VA on June 30, 1950, a daughter of the late Lovell Welford "Lovie" Steed and Nina Elizabeth Middleton Hall.  She retired from RR Donnelly and was the wife of the late Harry Grant Nelson, Jr.

Survivors include her children Tina Schultz of Woodstock, VA and Arthur "Chad" Kline of Strasburg, VA; her grandchildren Kelly Edward Schultz, Jr. (Dolores), Kristina Schultz, Katrina Kline, Skylier Kline, and Jacob Kline; her great-grandchildren Rhythm Schultz, Ezekiel Diehl, Elijah Henry, Emery Henry, Camille Henry, Gracy-Anne Toy, Michael Toy, and Chloe Flick; her siblings Bonnie Hamman (Mike) and Teresa Steed both of Strasburg, VA

Pallbearers will be Kelly Schultz, Mike Hamman, Shane Steed, Frank Artrip, Tim Middleton, and Jake Miller.

The family will receive friends at Stover Funeral Home on Thursday evening from 6-8 p.m.
