Michaelean Annette Neff, 35 of Woodstock, VA, passed away on June 30, 2025, at her residence. She was born on October 24,1990, in Winchester, VA to Annette Fogle and the late Russell Burner. Michaelean grew up in Woodstock, VA, and was a graduate of Central high school.

Michaelean is survived by her cherished children Rosemary and Waylan Collins; her mother Annette Fogle; her brothers John-Michael Neff and Justin Burner.
