Mary Etta Hancock Hamblin, 88, of Strasburg, VA passed away December 19, 2013 at Winchester Medical Center. Born in Bland County, Virginia, she was the daughter of the late Bessie Pearl King Hancock and Sidney Edward Hancock. She was preceded in death by her husband of 69 years, Earnest Miller Hamblin. She is survived by three daughters, Freda Towles of Palm Coast, Florida, Brenda Kiser of Kent Store, Virginia and Nila Sager of Strasburg; six grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
