Marna Lynn Anderson Sanford, age 78, of Strasburg passed away Wednesday, December 13, 2017 at Greenfield Reflections of Strasburg.

A funeral service will be conducted 10:00 a.m. Monday, December 18, 2017 at Stover Memorial Chapel, Strasburg with Pastor Perry Waters and Pastor Jeff Wilson officiating. Burial will follow in Panorama Memorial Gardens, Warren County.

Mrs. Sanford was born June 21, 1939 in La Crosse, Wisconsin, a daughter of the late Robert and Laura Brown Anderson. She was a homemaker, a member of Bethel Evangelical Lutheran Church, Manassas and the wife of the late Leonard Ewins Sanford.

Surviving are her children, Scott Robert Sanford and wife, Kimberley of Strasburg, Todd Douglas Sanford of Peabody, Massachusetts, Kimberly Ann Jankauskas and husband, John of Strasburg; her son-in-law, Mark Howard Whitaker of Ashburn; three sisters, Gloria Crary of Pewaukee, Wisconsin, Joceil Georgeson and Vada Fauver, both of Blue River, Wisconsin; nine grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Lisa Beth Whitaker.

Pallbearers will be Scott Sanford, Todd Sanford, Mark Whitaker, John Jankauskas and Wyatt Jankauskas.

The family will receive friends at Stover Funeral Home, 177 N. Holliday Street, Strasburg on Monday from 9:00 a.m. till service time.
