Margaret Mary Taylor, 91, of Woodstock, VA passed away Sunday, May 10, 2026, at her home in Woodstock, where she was being cared for by her daughter Peggy Roberts and her granddaughter Angela Boyce.

Mrs. Taylor was born in Washington DC on July 30, 1934, a daughter of the late James Francis and Margaret Mary Turner Harold. She was a member of the Emanuel Lutheran Church in Woodstock, VA and was a retired home health aide. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two daughters Freda Caouette, and Donna Sweeris along with two brothers Robert Harold and Jim Harold.

Survivors include her children Mary Josephine Taylor, Peggy Rose Robert (John), and Pauline Taylor Braithwaite (Timmy); eleven grandchildren; twenty-three great grandchildren; six great-great grandchildren; one sister Josephine Eschstruth along with numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A celebration of life service for Mrs. Taylor will be held at 4:30 p.m. on Sunday, May 17, 2026, at Emanuel Lutheran Church in Woodstock, VA with Rev. Nate Robinson officiating. The family will receive friends at the church immediately following the service.
