Margaret V. Colley, 87, of Strasburg, VA passed away Monday, June 16, 2025, at the Blue Ridge Hospice Inpatient Care Center, Winchester, VA.

Mrs. Colley was born in Front Royal, VA on December 31, 1937, to the late David and Elizabeth Tobin. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her late husband  Nelson C. Colley as well as a sister Rebecca Bailey.

Survivors include daughter Debbie Tobin Schurtz (Clarence); her grandchildren Staci Jeremiah (Chris), Jason Schurtz (Denise), Averi Bates; great grandchildren Josi Sabatino (Mike), Mackenzi Bates, Peyton Schurtz, Landon Bates, Reese Schurtz; her great-great grandson Hudson Sabatino; her brother David Tobin (Midge).

At the request of Mrs. Colley all services and burial will be held privately.

The family suggests that expression of sympathy be in the form of memorial contributions, lieu of flowers, to Blue Ridge Hospice, 333 West Cork Street #405, Winchester, VA  22601.
