Margaret Tower Wright, age 101, a resident of Star Tannery, VA passed away Monday, May 1, 2023 at Timberview Crossing Assisted Living in Timberville, VA.

A graveside service for Mrs. Wright will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, May 4, 2023, at Gravel Springs Cemetery with Rev. Sonya Williams-Giersch officiating.

Mrs. Wright was born on September 2, 1921, one of 12 children of the late Gilbert and Annie Sine Brill.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Hector Wilbur Wright, Jr. and all of her 11 siblings. Margaret worked for the Department of the Army as a Financial Advisor serving on many committees and groups throughout her career.

She is survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
