Leslie Rae Heishman Clem 61, of Strasburg, VA passed away Monday, February 14, 2022 at the Winchester Medical Center.

The family will gather to remember Leslie at Stover Funeral Home on Saturday, February 19, 2022, from 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.  A Celebration of Life is being planned for a later date to be announced.

Leslie was born in Winchester, VA on November 28, 1960, a daughter of the late Lindell Louis Wayne and Lorene Lavalda Tharp Heishman.  She worked at Perry Judds, Inc. in Strasburg, VA for over 20 years.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother Larry Heishman of Wardensville, WV.

Leslie is survived by her only daughter Stephanie Clem Mitchell and husband Eddie Mitchell, Jr. of Strasburg, VA, and a grandson on the way; her siblings Lindell W. Heishman of Morefield, WV and Lydia Heishman of Wardensville, WV along with several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

The family suggests that expressions of sympathy be in the form of memorial contributions to the Strasburg Vol. Rescue Squad, P.O. Box 620, Strasburg, VA 22657.
