Larry Franklin Hartman, 71, of Strasburg, VA passed away Sunday, June 25, 2023, at Blue Ridge Hospice Inpatient Care Center in Winchester, VA.

A celebration of life for Larry will be conducted at 12:00 noon on September 23, 2023 at Greg Orndorff pavilion below the Strasburg Eagles.

Larry was born in Winchester, VA on March 24, 1952, a son of the late Leonard Franklin and Arlene Elizabeth Oates Hartman.  He was veteran of the Air National Guard, member of the Shenandoah American Legion Post 77, Strasburg, and the Fraternal Order of Eagles # 4186 of Strasburg, VA.  Larry was a talented musician, loved his music and will be greatly missed by all.

Survivors include his companion Wendy Collins of Strasburg, VA; his children Jared Hartman and Angela Hartman of Stephens City, VA; one brother Gary Hartman and a nephew Gary Hartman, Jr of Winchester, VA

The family suggests that expressions of sympathy be in the form of memorial contributions to Blue Ridge Hospice, 333 W. Cork St., Winchester, VA 22601.
