Judy Louise Mumaw, 80, of Strasburg, VA died on Monday, November 27, 2023. at her home in Strasburg.

The family will receive friends at Stover Funeral Home for a memorial gathering on Wednesday December 6, 2023, from 10-12 noon.

Judy was born in Shenandoah County, VA on September 28, 1943, a daughter of the late Julius and Edna Carroll.  Judy retired from Aileen, Inc. in Edinburg, VA after more than 20 years of service. She enjoyed gardening, canning fruits and vegetables and ELVIS.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her siblings Theo Hartlove, Nancy Palmer, and Audrey Markland.

She is survived by her husband of 60 years John Mumaw; her children William "Billy" Mumaw (Anna), Sharon Moss (Ethan), John "Mike" Mumaw (Debbie), Janet Jackson (Steven); 10 grandchildren and numerous Great grandchildren along with her siblings Raymond Carroll, Betty Schene, and Tommy Carroll.
