Helen Maxine Danner Middleton, age 87, a resident of Richmond, Virginia passed away on Wednesday, December 26, 2012 at Chippeham Medical Center in Richmond. A funeral service for Mrs. Middleton will be conducted at 11:00 A.M. Wednesday, January 2, 2013 at Stover Memorial Chapel. Entombment will follow at Panorama Memorial Gardens, Warren County. She was born on February 8, 1925 in Fort Valley, Virginia a daughter of the late Jacob Andrew and Opha Clarice Boyce Danner. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Carson Christopher Middleton; a daughter, Carsie Sue Turner, and siblings, Homer Danner and Jane Hershberger. Survivors include her children, Christopher Dwain Middleton and wife Mary of Winchester, VA, Deborah Jo Seal and husband, Kenneth R of Chesterfield, VA; grandchildren, Eric Middleton, Andy Middleton, and Sorena Sisk; great grandchildren, Lacy Sisk, Danny Sisk, Carley Middleton, and Logan Middleton; sisters, Phyllis D. Reedy of Edinburg, VA and Betty Hoover of Hagerstown, MD The family will receive friends at Stover Funeral Home on Wednesday one hour prior to the service.
