Guy Sager, 75, of Strasburg, VA passed away Sunday, February 9, 2025, after a lengthy illness.

Guy was the son of the late P. Stanley and Helen Bowers Sager.  He was a 1968 graduate of Strasburg High School, and a veteran of the U.S. Navy having served from 1968 -1972. Guy retired from General Electric Corporation.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers and a sister, Freddie Sager, Perry Sager, and Barbara Conner.

Survivors include his wife Nila Hamblin Sager; his children Scott Sager (Kimberly) and Kara Sager Cox (Dallas); his granddaughters Addison Cox, Katherine Sager, and Sydney Cox; his brothers Clark Sager (Rhonda) and William Sager (Dawn); his sisters Nancy Bryant (Bill), Florence Dean (Bob), Brenda Hockman, Peggy Dunn, and Doris Dean (Hank).

The family will receive friends at Stover Funeral Home on Saturday, March 15, 2025, from 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. Mr. Sager will be laid to rest privately.
