Frederick Stacy "Fred" Keller 96 of Strasburg, VA passed away Friday, November 17, 2023, at Hilltop Assisted Living in Winchester, VA.

A graveside service for Mr. Keller will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Friday, November 24, 2023, at Riverview Cemetery with Rev. Chris Florh officiating. Military honors will be conducted by Shenandoah American Legion Post 77, Strasburg, VA.

Mr. Keller was born in Strasburg, VA on April 11, 1927, a son of the late Harry Lee and Grace Elizabeth Burnshire Keller, Sr.  He was a member of the St. Paul Lutheran Church and retired from the Washington Post where he worked as a proofer.  Mr. Keller was a veteran of the U.S. Army and member of the Shenandoah American Legion Post 77 Strasburg, VA.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Evelyn Joyce Lichliter Keller; a brother Harry L. Keller, Jr. and wife Ann.

Survivors include his sisters Katherine Pomeroy and Dorothy Jenkins (Jack) along with several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

The family suggest that expressions of sympathy be in the form of memorial contributions to St. Paul Lutheran Church, 156 W. Washington Street, Strasburg, VA 22657.
